Instead of Deku being quirkless he has a quirk called "Might of the Motherland" witch gives him ice breath (cuz it's cold in Russia), he has 5x the strength of a human (which he can share with the person he's in a relationship with), and he has perfect accuracy with any weapon, and he also has a Russian accent and can speak fluently in Russian
