He grew up surrounded by death and betrayal but he had friends, and those friends helped. But when Ginny breaks off their relationship a year after graduation he loses everything. He loses his best friend Ron because Ginny is his sister. He loses Hermione because she goes nowhere without Ron. Plus she has a baby to take care of. He falls into a depression and only ever goes to the local bar where he, most literally, runs into his old foe. Draco fuckin Malfoy. Now Harry is confused and surprisingly happy again.
