Best friends separated for years finally meet each other again. Could this be fate? Destiny? Or simply serendipity?

Asriel García, an aspiring photographer with the skills of a master chef. After graduating college and living a mundane life, he finally decides to travel with his dad back to the Philippines. Hoping to fill his portfolio with more adventures, he discovers an astronomical event which seems particularly familiar to him. That's where he meets an old friend of his. But he doesn't seem to remember having an memories of her at all.

Celeste Hernandez, an astrophysicist and the writer of a well-known book called "Perseids and Me". She spends her time volunteering at their local Museum by teaching students and guest about different meteors. People often find her hiking up mountains to find the perfect spot to study the stars. After holding on to the letter Ariel wrote to her before he left, she anticipates for the day he finally comes back. Waiting until they can reunite under the same stars again. But even if wishes are granted, there's always going to be something in-exchange for that feeling of happiness.
