Asaro Xithang gave up long ago trying to overthrow Kilian Vraida and his Sen Ji overlords, superhumans with the ability to manipulate shadow magic. They ruled his homeland of Rammere with suffocating brutality, and his family and comrades had all been slaughtered by Sen Ji. With nothing left to live for, he undertook suicide missions attempting to murder Sen Ji aristocrats despite his weak, mortal frame. He had only one wish, to die and let his wretched soul finally know peace taking as many depraved nobles with him as possible.
One night, hounded by a Sen Ji's summoned shadowmen and believing his self-destructive journey at an end, a mysterious woman intercepted his path and effortlessly banished the shadowmen with light magic, saving his life. Asaro quickly realized that the woman, who had no memory of her past and only went by the moniker Tehler, was more than powerful enough to stop Kilian's cruel subjugation of his homeland. Knowing she existed was enough that he dared allow himself to believe that the Sen Ji could actually be overthrown, and once again take up the struggle against them. But she refused to help him, invoking a nonviolence creed.
Would Asaro be able to convince her to reconsider her convictions and help him end Kilian's rule? How did she wield light magic, an ability that had never even been rumored before? What was she, if not human or Sen Ji? Would they be able to work together and trust each other if Asaro helped her regain her memory, or would his own ugly past come to light and drive them apart?
Despite the foreboding uncertainty, Asaro hoped they could help each other. It was the first hope he'd felt in over fifteen years.

BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. I was given life that day, until it all ended months later; the day I took my last breath.
The Legend of the Sun Pillar by LilliaStories
75 parts Ongoing Mature
In the final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, many of the Pillars lost their lives along the way, and few of those who survived up to that point made it to the end. With Tanjiro Kamado's sacrifice, Muzan Kibutsuji was forced to keep fighting until the sunlight pierced through the mountains, signaling dawn. It didn't take long for the Demon King to be pulverized by the sunlight. Many celebrated as they witnessed his body disintegrating, but others were already aware of the tragic fate of young Kamado-who gave his life to ensure Muzan's defeat and even in death, did not release his crimson blade. However, not everything is rosy, even in death. As Tanjiro disintegrated under the sun, Muzan injected all his remaining blood into Tanjiro's lifeless body. With his blood, Muzan implanted the phrase 'eliminate all demon hunters' into Tanjiro's mind. Tanjiro awakened without consciousness, driven solely by his Demon instincts, as his mind was no longer present. There were no more deaths, but the surviving Pillars had to sacrifice one of their arms and even their eyes to decapitate Tanjiro in his Demon form, thus bringing an end to his life. When Tanjiro opened his eyes, he found himself in a dark place, unable to see or smell anything. Remembering the battle against Muzan, he realized he was dead and sighed with relief, finally able to rest. It was at that moment... A deity appeared and presented him with the two most crucial choices of his entire existence. All Rights Reserved by: 𝐊𝐨𝐲𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐮 𝐆𝐨𝐭𝐨̄𝐠𝐞
