Julchen (Nyo!Prussia) leaves after the Berlin wall falls down, she didn't want her family and friends to watch her die after all.
But she didn't plan to still be alive after a few years.
She also did not plan to start working with Tony Stark, Happy Hogan,Pepper Potts and James Rhodes and becoming friends with them.
Or to become a super hero during the battle of New York (or to use her old Prussian uniform and go by the codename The Prussian), or to reveal to her four best friends that she was an ex nation after she died and came back after Tony's mansion was destroyed with her in it, or to Hate the bigger part of the avengers(Cap, Natasha, Sam, Clint, The mind manipulative BWitch that couldn't touch her with her powers thank god to still be able to hear the ghost of her people, she will have to look into that later with Tony tho), or to end up fighting against the hated members at the airport and secretly following Barnes and Rogers into Siberia to stop them from doing everything worse (she warned the Russian Government, don't worry, Tony did too if she heard it right), or discovering what actually happen to Tony's parents or trying to stop the two super soldiers from killing Tony and comforting said man at the same time.
Honestly, she didn't even plan on her real identity to be slowly discovered by the other Nations!(or to ask for their help from time to time)"

They went from psycologically controling these girls, to full on mind controlling them. Training them to be assassians for one person to be in 'control' of the world. They take their childhoods from them, they take their emotions, and most importantly they take their free will. Natasha Romanoff got out. She became an Avenger. She became more then the assassian they made her. Never looking back. At least not after she thought she destroyed the Red Room. But she didn't really destroy it. And when she left, she left her two "sisters" behind. "Twins". When they were younger, they were all part of a "family". Undercover, as the two older agents with them were there to steal something. The mission lasted 3 years. Natasha knew it was fake. But the 6 year old Yelena Belova and Olesya Aleksandrovna, they didn't know. So they got thrown into the Red Room. Not a clue in the world as to what was going on. "Mother" probably dead from a gunshot wound. "Father" watching as they were taken away. "Older Sister" trying to save them, but failing in the end. So they spent the next 21 years, mind controlled. Forced to be assassians. No freewill. That is, until an older widow, cracks the serum. Finds a way to get the girls their minds back. A name for the girl who was imprisoned, tortured, and abused by none other than HYDRA. They saw her as a chance, an opportunity to test their dangerous, life-threatening experiments. It took 6 years for their experiments to finally snap and harm the innocent child. 35H-GQ turned deaf and it was entirely their fault. A few years later, something extraordinary happened. At the age of 11, 35H-GQ finally escaped HYDRA. It was a dark, gloomy night when it happened. The escape she'd been planning for years. She had finally........Hold on. How did she escape again? It's been almost two years since the defeat of Thanos & the effects of the snap was successfully reversed. The world has slowly picked up the pieces & everyone worked hard to resume their lives right off where the Decimation left them hanging. Some succeeded, as easily as pressing the play button after putting a movie on a long pause, while some were never the same again despite regaining everything and everyone they have lost. The Avengers were the lucky ones. Lucky enough to go back to their normal or fortunate enough to be given a fresh start. Tony & Pepper got married & jetted off in a private island to finally start their long overdue family life. Sam moved back to D.C & resumed his work at the VA. Rhodey continued working as a military consultant & Wakanda has never been more occupied as it became the number one tourist spot in less then a year. Clint went back to retirement tugging Wanda along with him to his farm where Laura welcomed her with open arms. Thor & Bruce were off-planet helping the remaining Asgardians settle on a new home. Fury rebuilt his super spy network with Maria overseeing operations at the Avengers Facility, recruiting, training a new breed of response team. And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on.
