They say its never a good idea to talk to strangers over social media, due to online predators. But when Brooklyn accidentally knocks her phone into the toilet on a rushed school morning, it ends up broken. During the process of buying a new one at the mall with friends, they wander off and leave her stranded at the phone store. Brooklyn desperately tries to remember her best-friends number to find out where they are. However, after texting what she assumes is the correct number, Brooklyn realizes a few numbers were wrong. Unexpectedly when the anonymous number replies to the message, an unlikely bond generates into obscure escapades.
