Detroit: Become Dog In Detroit: Become Human we saw human androids become deviant, but what about the animal androids? You see Dabria, the dog, was created by Cyberlife to become an exterminator. Strays were becoming a major problem in the United States, crowding the new cities and leaving waste everywhere. There were too many diseased ridden dogs in the streets, too many in the shelter, and more than anyone could adopt. To diminish these numbers cyberlife created dogs like Dabria, to kill these dogs and fix the overpopulation. However what happens when Dabria begins to have software instabilities? ~Prequel to Detroit: Become Human~ TW: Multiple animal deaths and violence. Estimated Reading Time: 50 minutes to an hour. A storyline that intertwines with the events of the game Detroit: Become Human. Detroit, 2038. Connor was built to hunt deviants, nothing more, nothing less. Niamh used to hunt them too-until her sympathy for androids cost her a badge and a life she thought she'd built. Now she hides behind a repair shop and a past she won't talk about. But Detroit is changing. Deviants are rising. And when a deviant hunter and an ex-cop with unfinished business find themselves circling the same cases, questions will surface that neither of them is prepared to face. What happens when the lines between human and machine blur? When software isn't the only thing showing signs of instability?
