Reality.

Theres many definitions for it. Alot of quotes that concern with it. Reality has a way of crushing our fairytales. Reality finds a way in between our sadness and our happiness. It's a reminder of what this world could do. And what the world couldn't do. 

But Ariabella Chance knows this. She knows that life isn't going to hand her lemons and expect her to make lemonade. She knows reality personally. Being an orphan and all, she sure knows reality quite well.

Mostly mentally but sometimes physically. Her mom makes her thinks she's incapable of love until she meets ash. He changed her perspective of herself and helps her through the hard times.
