I'm so far into my thoughts it's scary. I sit down and just think about all the bad stuff in life. I have been like this for the last couple of years. Some people call it depression, I call it loneliness. Hopefully one day I'll find someone to help me get through this loneliness. One day.

Smell the dirt. Taste the blood. feel the flower and the sword in your hands. • • • A man with little recollection of his past wakes up on a breathtaking but unsettling beach. Broken Into Darkness
Darkness, how do you describe it? It is a feeling where you are so far gone, a numb feeling that turns into nothing. All the light you once had is now filled with blackness. You are trying to reach the surface but you can not seem to get up there. You're just sinking down. When you are stuck between the light and the darkness. When death comes for the person you love the most, it takes your breath away, leaving you gasping for air. You realize that the person you loved the most was the light, who kept the darkness at bay, never letting it come back to the surface. Once that is taken away from you, you feel as if the light will never return. You feel like there is no purpose to your life anymore. Without the light there is not a purpose to live life. Looking at everyone, everything you start to realize that there is no point so why live? When the person you loved is ripped away from you, no explanation why. Why her? Why take away my light? So you just allow the darkness to consume you, where you are done with it all and shut off any emotions to feel nothing.Complete

'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. He's safe in here... nothing can hurt him... right? A too close for comfort zombie groan made him press more into the corner of his hideout. What he wouldn't give to be back home again, just recording with his friends and having fun in the streams they do together or have patches curl up against his side. The blood had already leaked down my forehead, but I kept my eyes on Shane and tried to blink quickly to clear my vision. "Hang on, please. Please hang on." He pleaded, holding my body up to a sitting position. I couldn't even remember what had struck me and I was getting nervous by Shane's worried face. "I'm... it hurts." I mumbled. "I'm so sorry." He held me closer. This time tears started to form in his dark green eyes but I could tell Shane didn't want to cry in front of me. My head started to feel more dizzy and I had to give in and close my eyes, much to Shane's dismay and his protests. I probably should've just listened to him from the start when he said don't go outside in this weather, but me being pissy with him and wanting to prove a point- I did and now I'm laying on the wet grass with a gash on my temple and an even bigger one on my leg. "We'll get you to Harvey." Shane said. I could hear his voice break at the end. He picked me up and started walking. "Please wake up." I wanted to so badly but I was exhausted from the hike and spending the night in the cold and shivering for hours. Shane's warm hands under my back and legs already felt way better. "This is all my fault. The one good thing to happen in my life...." Shane let out a sob but never stopped walking. I just wanted to hug him and tell him everything was going to be alright. I could feel the blood still tripping down my leg and face, so I knew I couldn't make false promises but Shane needed me. He needs me. I'm his anchor, I'm the girl he leans on when he's feeling like he's losing. I have to do this. When people visit you every single day, it's hard to get lonely. Unless you're a ghost. Actual it gets quite annoying. In fact it's heart breaking when the people you used to love the most look straight through you. It's even worse when they blame you for their broken heart. Because they have no idea I'm dead.
