Kira is in a abused home she doesn't feel safe anywhere and she lost her parents in an accident at age 5 and has no other living realities. Well she is a sophomore in high school and plays a guitar to help her cope through her tough time. But when she gays detention for playing guitar and has to go with her science teacher along with two other students she is mad. When they get there her teacher Dr. Oliver says if they find something historic they won't have detention for the whole week if they find some historic. Kira was really uncomfortable by herself with the boys know as Ethan and Conner but when they fell in a pit and found a underground cave and found gems she started to trust them when she fell in the ditch and came back for her. Anyways this is a story of Kira and Dr. Oliver whom bc her mentor/father figure and has been there for her since and I don't own these characters I just was having trouble finding stories lol this so I made my own father daughter story about them please enjoy this story if you don't like it then DON'T READ IT THEN now that is out of the way proceed to story at ur wish.

Jay is a bit of a misfit. In fact, if it was the 1950s, you may even call her a 'greaser' with her signature leather jacket and '78 Trans Am. She spends her days working as a drum and guitar teacher at the local music store, and her free time playing guitar in her garage band, Novus Orsa. Beneath the surface, though, she hides a secret that has nearly ruined her life once, already. You see, Jay is a closeted lesbian in a military town. Between her ultra conservative parents and the ever-swirling rumors caused by the betrayal of her ex-best friend, Jay is ready for her senior year to be over before it ever starts. On her first day, however, a chance encounter (or collision) changes the trajectory of her life. Demi is a transfer student, upset that her father's job has torn her away from the city, her boyfriend, and the life she knows. It hasn't been an easy adjustment to such a tiny, boring town, and she doesn't even have a car to get away. The first day of her senior year is going terrible, and to make matters worse, her clumsy feet have her stumbling down the stairs. Two worlds collide and what awaits her below has her reconsidering everything she thought about this town. *Note- This story takes place in 2010 and is loosely based on my own high school experience. The more I got into writing it, the more I realized how much has changed in 14 years.
