Aiden's life is far from perfect. He gets abused by his father and his mother left him. Then there's school. He is constantly being bullied because he's gay. But when his main bully seems to be taken a liking to him, will things finally change for the better? Trigger warnings: This book is under edit for trigger warnings. The first few chapters have triggers that the original poster was not aware of so I am going chapter by chapter to edit those in but there is a lot of material and I don't want to miss something. He was miserable, gay and being suffocated by the grip of his father's religiousness. Sal Fisher- the new kid in town, the exact thing Travis hated. Gay and transgender, on the outside happy with his life. On the inside, dying from a heart disease and living with a verbally abusive alcoholic father. Both were miserable, though it was hardly obvious to outsiders. They were polar opposites yet the exact same. Brought together by the very same religiousness that was slowly killing them, the two are at first enemies. Though after growing together, they make a decision. They were going to run away.
