The only thing that could cause such level of disfigurement as far as she was concerned was acid. He screamed and staggered. The class erupted in a frenzy. Girls screamed and scampered to the other end of the class, wringing their nose in disgust. One boy even committed his entire breakfast at the sight. It was the kind of face that belonged in a horror movie. Millie couldn't stop screaming at the sight.
"Oh my Goodness!!!" Miss Horsefall exclaimed. She ran to the boy but kept her distance ad if he carried the Ebola virus, the she asked him what had happened.
"The stairs, the eastern staircase." He muttered and pointed at the eastern staircase that was less than two feet from the Ss2 class room. Then he collapsed.

When someone starts pouring acid on every unsuspecting passerby of the eastern staircase in Elite Academy, Millie Majekodunmi takes it upon herself to find out what exactly is happening.

We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. Caleb sat next to me, with obvious fear in his eyes. I knew that the desk couldn't hide us for much longer and that's what scared me the most. The footsteps came closer and they grew louder by the second. I held my breath once I heard the man's footsteps stop. Caleb and I exchanged looks as we sat frozen under the desk. My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut. I don't hear footsteps...but as the minutes go by I begin to hear them; the footsteps get louder and louder and louder, matching the sound of my thundering heart. Brianna and her best friend, Aubrey, were walking home from a football match when suddenly two men came out from the bushes with masks. "This can go the easy way, or the hard way." the other said and Aubrey let out a whimper. Brianna dropped her bag and then addressed the idiots who stood in front of her. They were taken aback by her demeanor as any other person in a situation like this would be in fright, like Aubrey who was too scared to even blink her eye. "No, you listen. This can go the easy way and we won't call the police or the hard way, with you being in a prison cell with a ton of gay men." she said boldly. Brianna suddenly received a hard slap to her face which caused her to stumble and see black spots and two guns now pointed at them. Aubrey let out a scream which was quickly muffled by the other man, who seemed younger than the one who had hit Brianna. Brianna's face was red now, but not from the slap, rather from the anger which was building up from the fact that these amateur men were about to either rob or kidnap them.
