The story takes place after the staff of Hermes
Sally and Paul were murdered, leaving Percy with his newly discovered uncle, Bruce Wayne. This is the same time as when Dick and Bruce's relationship is strained. He was going to go on is own as Nightwing, later on.
Artemis is sending Thalia to inform Percy about a new quest. She knew Apollo will have to go against the Triumvirate in the future. Percy will have to work with Annabeth to stop their weapon income. They'll go against the Penguin.
I've never seen any plot like this, therefore, it's original.

The Return of the Lost Wayne: Percy Jackson's Homecoming
Two months have passed since the second Giant war with Gaea and Percy finally thinks of returning home to Gotham since running away at the age of twelve. As the great prophecy can't no longer harm them nor could the second one, Percy decides to head home to Wayne Manor and finally break the news of him being not dead but hey he heard Jason had also come back from the dead.
