In a seemingly perfect world of pristine golf course like landscapes and peacefully grazing rabbits, lies an unseen darkness. "When the Camera Stops Rolling" portrays a dystopian society where tyrannical dictatorship is enforced unto a horror stricken community using viscous machines that are invasively implanted into the bodies of natives at birth. Four model citizens will soon come to the realization that sometimes they're better off in the shadows.
