One autumn evening Elmo heard a light knock on his door. He opened it cautiously expecting someone to be standing there. But he couldn't see anybody thtough the small peep hole in his door. He opened it to reveal a simple crimson rose sitting on his doorstep. But what he did notice was that it had fresh, warm blood covering its delicate petals.
