About 68% of the population has an IQ level of around 85 to 115. This is an average score. Now the word average is not derogatory. It is perfectly okay to be average. Matter in fact, I wish I was. I wish I could be average, but I'm not. I have an IQ of 220 and my parents are rich. This makes me the luckiest person alive. My options are limitless.
Well... they should be. But while my brain works away inside my skull, the rest of me refuses to. My lungs don't take in enough oxygen for me to be able to move around like a normal person. I've never even been able to play a game of tag on most days.
So when I'm forced to marry a man I don't even know, I don't really resist. I don't resist when he refuses to bed me, for he thinks me nothing more than a innocent child, nor do I resist when he doesn't speak to me. How can I? I am nothing and he believes he has nothing to say to me.
So I do not resist, I do not persist and I do not beg for anything more than what he gives me. But when the company my parents are partnered with is about to face a major problem and he isn't there to fix it, I step in, for his sake and for my own.
