Except, it isn't the one she signed up for.
She should have been going to Vienna to take back a spellbook. She shouldn't have been kidnapped and thrown into a plot to kill the King of the North.
Following a rainstorm, Harriet and her team are taken from their quest, and pulled into a world of uprisings, and anarchy, and assassins.

There is no smut in this book! However there are mentions of rape and self harm, and there are scenes with torture and suicide. And quite a bit of swearing. Sorry.

After the rebellion is over he is placed back on throne and begins the glory age of his kingdom, He is married and has a son, young Prince Daniel, who he prepares to raise in the new Glorious Majesty Castle, the capital castle of the kingdom, just north of the capital city, Varock, located in the new plush region formerly known as the wilderness. Danny is truly happy until one faithful day he takes a stroll and then a nap in a town in his kingdom called Lumbridge. (This is the second book in the series.
