This is about Mr. Tickle and Mr. Happy as kids and they aren't exactly brothers. Since Mr. Tickle is the oldest one, Mr. Happy calls him big brother and Mr. Tickle was confused at first, but took care of Mr. Happy, if they were actually brothers. The rest of the characters are there, but not in this story although some of the characters might be mentioned.....I suck at descriptions...but please read the book.(The Mr. Men series doesn't belong to me...it belongs to Roger Hargreaves and his son and if you don't like the story, then please move on and find another book than hate.
