But when something goes wrong on their wedding day and Betty is left at the alter she's holding a massive secret. After 5 years Jughead returns. But will those 5 years have changed everything for them? What secret was betty hiding.
Theme is off of the film: Forever my girl (not the exact story line but does copy some of the same topics)
