Know by many aliases, her official file is labeled Radar.
Radar possesses the ability to claim any ability she can get her hands on, as her own. Not only does this make her the most powerful being in the galaxy, but also the most deadly.
Her motives are as unknown as her whereabouts, and as far as the public is concerned, she doesn't exist.
Except, she does.
Walking among civilians, disguised as one herself with the help of a trickster, yet she still desires more... which would explain her current location.
