~How do you know you're in love, is it a feeling, is it an action? The truth is you don't know because you have no context you can fool your self into thinking you're in love, but when you find the one for you, your true love, at that moment you know what love is~

In my entire life there have been many things that I've wanted, but probably the thing I have most wanted was love. Not a fake love, but true love. I know it sounds cliche, but really it's not.
I wanted someone that when I'm with them I think of nothing else, that when I'm with them I know that they love me, that when I'm with them I know what love was.
Multiple times in my life I've thought I found love, but always it's been fake.
Most people say that I'm careless and stupid to trust such a simple phrase as "I love you," but to me, those three words mean everything to me and if there's even the slightest chance that that person would be "the one" I'm sure as hell not gonna miss it.
My name is Ruby Grey and this is my story about how I found love. It's not gonna be like normal stories where you have one plot and two people fall in love in a cliche scene that was against all the odds, no, this is a story where time and time again you will think the story's over, but trust me, it's not. Welcome to my story about how I found love.
As Claire aims to leave her oppressive stepfamily behind, she befriends Zion. Will he be her ticket to freedom or a distraction in achieving her dreams?
