It was bad enough for Hermione during the lead up to the Second Wizarding War, especially considering the war had started for her, Harry Potter, and Ron Weasley at age eleven. But in many ways the brains of the Golden Trio learned to count her blessings the first day of her fourth year when before her eyes a young muggle-born gets cast into the Slytherin snake pit.
