This is the original version of my most successful book; Reuploaded. I originally unpublished it for the rewriting process and moved this version to a new draft so I could work on the book. That is, until he's nearly assassinated. Soon after, the King calls for Ninjago's greatest heroes to protect Kai and his sister from possible danger. Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja and leader of the infamous ninja team, is one of the chosen ninjas tasked with protecting the royal family. He's assigned to Prince Kai-heir to the throne and charming in his cockiness. Things go well at first, but then danger once again emerges-this time inside the royal family's inner circle. It's a wonderful day in Jamanakai city. Kai's plans for the day are to deliver a sword, get the loaded payment, buy necessities and potatoes to bake, go home, and take a rest. The last two have scratched off however, and it's all courtesy to this guy he comes across too; he's really tall, busting with muscles, owns a pretty pair of big eyes with green irises, and wears a damn charming smile. Everything goes upside down after that. Suddenly, before the gods could spare a blink, Kai is aboard a pirate ship with people he least expected to be with. Kai makes terrible plans, but this trip has got to be the worst yet as he literally fights for his life against one or two fellow mythical creatures. He's also fighting for his troubling heart, as the same guy who ruined his life never fails to skyrocket his heart rate through the sky, and churn his stomach like a towel being twisted into a rope. The first day they met was already stressful, let alone the following ones.
