Ooty is often known as the "Queen Of Hill Stations". Ooty is located in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. Ooty is famous for lush green surroundings, serene climate, and beautiful tea estates. 
Ooty has so many famous destinations to explore.
The most famous destination in Ooty is Botanical Gardens. This garden is well maintained by the government of Tamil Nadu. 
Another famous destination in Ooty is Ooty Lake. There are so many activities like boating that you can try. You can also go for the toy train ride in the park
Nilgiri Mountain Railway is a  UNESCO world heritage site. So if you are visiting Ooty, then travelling in the Nilgiri passenger train is a must
Avalanche Lake is a lake that emerged as a result of landslide and is a famous destination for trekking.
If you want to hang out with your friends, go to Emerald Lake which is a famous picnic spot in Ooty.
