Her sabah ,o günü planlayarak o gün hissetmek istediklerine odaklanarak yani günü planlayarak, ve bir not kağıda gelecekle ilgili hedeflerini,umutlarını,planlarını yazıp not defterinin arasına koymak...Günde en az 5 kez o deftere bakmak...Her sabah ve akşam kişisel gelişim,ruhsal farkındalık ile ilgili eline ne geçiyorsa okut-yarak güne başlamak.. ve okuduklarını bir kenara koymayıp onlara kendini adamak...
