If I learnt something, is that in life, nothing happens or is given without reason. It's a sort of balance: good and bad, black and white, humans and zombies.
I've learned this lesson, the very day a horde of zombies came bursting through the supermarket I was in with my friend Anita. I learn this everyday, when I think that for every action there is, always, an opposite and equal reaction. And viceversa.
I am alive, but it's like I am dead. I look like a human, but I've lost my humanity. The world that I used to know, now, is going in reverse. Men were at the top of the food chain, now, they are just prey
I thought, once, that the world belonged to the zombies now. But I was wrong. Enormously. There are creatures, in the unknown, fed by shadows, others create them. And I have to side with one of them, in order to decide my destiny.

"What a peculiar creature..." said Lorenzo, grinning, as his scarlet eyes glimmered with excitement. He made me feel nervous, like his eyes were digging in too deep. He took me by my hair, but I couldn't even complain, it was my choice to be there.
Unfortunately, he was the only solution against them.

Werewolves and vampires don't mix, or that's what Kieran Callisto, a seventeen-year-old vampire, has believed all his life - until he falls for the Alpha's son. ***** When Kieran meets his new classmate, Mason Kane, he bristles with an unexplainable disdain. Soon it becomes apparent why: Mason is a werewolf. But when a fight turns into a sudden kiss that neither expects, Kieran's feelings for Mason turn to attraction in an instant. None of it makes sense - vampires and werewolves are supposed to be mortal enemies, so why does Kieran find Mason so irresistible? He knows that each kiss is dangerous, each bite is unpredictable...
