A very different view on Thorin Oakenshield himself. Everything and everyone was taken from him in the Battle of the Five Armies. This story takes place afterwards and is about how a lost, hurting king moves on with his life as the last possible dwarf or Durin on earth. We get to see how he copes by himself and finds a new life to live as a commoner instead of a royal as he was raised.
Plus, I'm just really tired of seeing stories of new characters going on the quest with the company. The stories are always on the quest and stuff. Like, that stuff is getting old. So here's this story for you if you're like me. 😉

So I moved the chapters here so that I would be able to finish the story. The story itself is about the Company who are still at Rivendell. Gandalf gets fed up with a lot of the dwarves and changes them into babies.
