Starting the 2nd year of college for Charlie was going to be hard. A new course, new class and he knew absolutely no one. Time to do what he did last year, sit next to the door and speak to no one, let them come flocking into him. 

Its the 1st lesson on the first day back after summer, still sweltering hot in the middle of the 2018 UK summer heatwave. Charlie is sat looking at his new class, people sat awkwardly in silence. There were a few people talking, but not many. While looking across the room, someone got the attention of Charlie. This guy. He's sat there on his own, looking sorry for himself.
