Ever wonder why ships are reffered to with female pronouns? Well, way back at the christening of the first ship, it was named after a girl who was no longer alive. It was said that her ghost haunted the ship. Ever since then, a spirit has been assigned to guide and watch over each ship. They were collectively called the Maidens.

Anna's Ghost

15 parts Complete

Annamarie Cole died on April 15th, 1912 along with the Titanic. At least that's what Austin Harris thinks. But when he is searching the Titanic for an artifact, he stumbles upon something - or someone - much more valuable: the ghost of Annamarie Cole. Despite their difference in time periods, Anna and Austin madly fall in love. But Austin's father questions him. He thinks that Austin has gone insane from "talking to ghosts." He is immediately put in a mental hospital, and is unable to see Anna. What will happen to her? And will Austin be able to escape to see her, or is he trapped in the hospital forever? Find out in this heartbreaking, paranormal romance. [Keep in mind: this is one of my older stories, so there may be grammatical errors, plot holes, etc.!]
