About two years have passed since Loki first came  to Earth. So for two years, the Avengers have been inactive, relatively. Agent Austen Edan, a princess from Sangard, sent to Earth twenty-four years ago, has made her way as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent without many people knowing what she can do. When she's asked by Director Fury to join the Avengers, her dream come true, she accepts. Getting the Avengers to trust her might seem like a problem, but the possibilty of Loki, or his allies, returning takes precedence. 
Now, not only does Agent Edan want to protect Earth, but she has a score to settle with Loki. A death that will not go unpunished by her standards. A death that helped defeat Loki in the first place. But that's not the only thing starting to cloud her judgement. She promised not to get attached but a killer smile and sexy arms might just break her promise. 
So the fight for Earth starts once again with new allies for both sides and it doesn't matter who wins.

"There's no throne, there no version of this where you come out on top. Maybe your army comes and maybe it's too much for us but it's all on you. Because if we can't protect the Earth but you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it."
