The Last Time I Saw City Lights
Fear brings out the worst in us, it did to me. The youngest of three brothers is taken hostage by the new-and-unimproved government where he's reunited with his siblings, but only to awaken a different breed of problems born from this new ruling power. IMPORTANT NOTE: this was my 9th grade LA assignment from highschool lmao. I AM NOT A CONSERVATIVE, nor a republican. I'm a far leaning leftist, very much so. The point of the story was to bring up childhood trauma and be all edgy; and the political aspect was just me documenting how conservative people feel. With the whole "gay agenda" and everything. I saw white ppl acting crazy and saying stuff like that a lot as a kid, so I just wrote a lil thang. I realize that this aged horribly. Horribly. Um. It's not a political statement at all, or at least, it wasn't intended to be. Fck ice, fuck the orange guy, fck the island, and fck the underground cities.
