Who is the most fitting to be king? 

well King of course. 

Growing up all she was told was to marry into another kingdom but when her parents died she rose to the throne. Renaming herself as King, many were confused, the last King and Queen didn't have a son. But word got out that the 'king' is actually a female named 'King'. During her time ruling she fixed many things and the town folk loved her for it.
