Ever since the discovery of the first superhuman ability in China, the world had become a superhuman society with 80% of the world's population has some special kind of abilities which are referred to as 'quirks'. However of course this led to a swirling amount of chaos which had led to professions that everyone once admired came into the limelight. That profession is a Hero. Among those quirk users is a powerful psychic esper born with many abilities who gets enrolled into a prestigious academy through recommendations . Little did he know his life there is going to end up being a disastrous one as he studies to become a hero. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
