The streets run wild with rumours, -rumours of a spirit that haunts at night, it's prey ; the arrogant mobs and petty thieves who thinks him to be only a fable. At first it was only a rapist here or a murderer there , but now offenders of the night start disappearing rapidly. The criminals are starting to get desperate. Some are even forming alliance, creating dangerous forces that wreak havoc on the city of Hamilton and the surrounding areas. The police have never had it harder.
