Crowley finally did it. He confessed his feelings the best he could to the only person that mattered to him in this whole universe... And what was he left with? His lover abandoning him, like everyone else has in Crowley's life. You'd think that over the thousands of years, these two beings have been together their connection was stronger. Aziraphale obviously didn't think so, well that's what Crowley thought at least but he didn't know the mystery he was about to uncover. Nobody did... This story is about an angel and demon you are most likely familiar with by now, however, throughout the story you will find out more and more about these mysterious beings and how they really feel deep inside. (This is my first Good Omens fic and I hope y'all like it :) I'll try my best to mend all our broken hearts from that season 2 finale) *The story could be mature if I continue it anymore, but that all depends on how many people read it. The Demon Who Loved The Divine
"What is wrong?" "What is right?" "What does it mean to be a god?!" "If being a god means manipulating and controlling everything like a puppet," my tears trickle down to my cheeks. "If being a god means losing everything..." I cried even more. I can't seem to control my emotions. "If being a god means killing the man I love, then I.." I stand with conviction with the mighty bow and arrow on my hand. "I will stay as a demon and defy the heavens. I will stain my soul with sin and blood. I will burn the world to ashes if it means feeling his warmth in my arms again." "Crush the gods!" Between heaven, earth, and hell, I stand alone, and I alone am overpowered.

After a catastrophic accident all of existence had collapsed into a single world, massively accelerating the evolution of mankind as people begin to awaken abilities and powers. Some assume the mantle of superhero's and saviors, while others use their newfound strength to accomplish more dastardly goals and ambitions. Humans slowly begin to realize that the earth they once knew is no more. As monsters, demons, angels, gods and beings of fairy tales begin to reveal themselves en masse. Even those that had perished long ago had somehow been brought back to life in this catastrophe with nothing separating the land of the living from that of the dead. Faced with new dangers and new allies humanity finds itself at the brink of extinction while the ones that caused this catastrophe try desperately to restore the world to what it once was. The laws of the jungle and the laws of the universe are king in this new world where death waits around the corner hungry and lurking for his next victim. Can Ethan restore the world he once knew as his home or will he be forced to adapt to this new world and make a new home for himself and his loved ones.
