She wished to live in New York, a world which Supergirl exists and have powers of her own. Neighbors that aren't mean, that didn't scream at you to get off their lawn. And teachers that didn't shout at her for no reason and didn't call on her without her raising her hand. Finally, a world in which her parents weren't working so often and actually paid attention to her.
