My life did go to shit.
Triggers: My life depression has mentions of suicidal thought, cutting, and other things related to death. It's also cringe 2018 teen stuff. If you don't like these topics, don't read this book of my experience with depression. Look for another book.

I lost my mom at 18, lost my job a few months later, had my girlfriend break up with a few days before Christmas, and now I have two stadiums that rely on me for everything. Between work and racing, I don't have time for anything, there's barely enough for sleep. I had no idea how bad everything had gotten until my entire world suddenly stopped.

Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain.
