My sister told me today about inner monologues and that some can be more hateful than others. This sounded weird to me, until I payed closer attention to it while I was at work and realized I have an extremely hateful internal monologue. Here is about ten minutes of what happened in my head during that time. I'm writing this because it's really helping me see it clearly, and I'm posting it so that others can maybe become aware of their own. (Usually I don't notice it at all and just get really tired easily.)

This is those little whispering poems that weasel their way into my wonderful brain. Don't know how this'll turn out, but, you know how it goes! Lets try something new! It is mature because some of this shit is bad! Extremely! Not sexual, but words and phrasing. (Completed. It has 100 parts, and even more poems. Please be careful if you read this. Some are bad, to be blatant. But still, trigger warning.)
