Nirav Jamindar Believes Everyone Deserves a Good Defense

Nirav Jamindar is a criminal defense attorney who currently works for the Law Offices of Schwartz & Zonas, LLP. He has been a member of the Florida Bar Association for the last ten years. He received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Throughout his legal career, he has been committed to seeking justice for his clients. This focus was evident when he was a public defender and continues to be central to his career as a private criminal attorney working for a law firm. Nirav Jamindar believes that justice should be served whether you can afford your own representation or not.

Nirav believes in the legal principles upon which this country was founded. He believes that everyone has the right to a fair trial, no matter what the charge may be, and he believes in the presumption of innocence until proof beyond a reasonable doubt has been established in a fair trial. A fair trial requires a good defense. This is the role he has chosen to play in his life.

Nirav believes that everyone is fallible but deserves a second shot. People are basically good despite the mistakes they may make. It is this belief in who we are as people that helped move him to get his law degree and work to uphold the principles that make our country so strong.

After having worked as a public defender, and after having worked in various law firms, Nirav plans to one day open his own practice with a select few other partners. After that, he aspires to become either a county or a circuit court judge. In either case he will hold firm in his belief in the rights and the basic goodness of people, and use that perspective for all his work in the American legal system.
