Everyone in the future is born with a twin, One is Light and One is Dark. The Government decides if your Dark Twin lives or dies at birth or their cruel ways. But the thing is The Government doesn't know which Twin of Light or Dark you are because each Twin has a unique birthmark to signify Light or Dark. But one day The Government screws up big time and sends two twins apart instead of killing one and letting the other live.
