Bucky Barns is still with Hydra being used as a weapon when he meets a mysterious little girl that he attached himself to.
Ila was eight years old when Hydra broke into her school and took Ila away just as Steve and the Avengers arrived.
Later the little girl who's a teen, meets up with a mischievous god.
