Bucky wasn't the only Winter Soldier, nor was he the last. But he was the best, until Miss Behave came around. They are a female version of the Winter Soldier, able to take him down without question.

But There was a reason she was called Miss Behave. She was very hard to control. She was taken ten years before Bucky and broke a year after him. They keep her mostly frozen, only taking her out when needed. So imagine her and the Winter Soldier's surprise when they need to kill Captain America........ together.
