welcome to my compilation of my poetry, written about the highs and lows of life, and has helped me cope with the darkest days and the brightest nights. it is very personal to me because of this. 'achelois' was a greek goddess and is translated to english as 'she who washes away pain', and you may interpret this however you desire. authors note- lower case is intentional for aesthetic purposes. there will be triggering themes within the concept of mental illnesses. any work from this book may not be published or taken without my consent. love, lucy a. wootten.

When mirror is not enough to reflect emotions, when talks are not enough to convey feelings, a silent poem and a pen and it's creations may help.
