The Great Escape

Every once in a while, my creative writing class is given a fun little prompt to write from. Today, we were to write an "ABC Story". This is basically a story where every new sentence begins with the next letter of the alphabet. It is relatively short, as it is only 26 sentences, but I tried to stretch it out and actually make a story out of it. It may not sound as smooth as it normally would, as I was forced to start a sentence a certain way and not the way that I would typically do so.

So, without further a do, I give you the story of Genevieve and Bartholomew as they escape their present lives in search of a brighter future in which they can be together.
