Most of them are from the Beast Wars toyline, Beast Wars II and Neo anime, Robots in Disguise/Car Robots anime, and Beast Machines toyline as they never appeared in actual Beast Wars or Beast Machines cartoon.

Millions of years later, this battle has made its way to the planet, Earth. Where Autobots now protect the species known as Humans from Decepticon tyranny and brutality. The Autobots and the Decepticons have been on the planet known as Earth for nearly 56 years. The fight between them is still going strong, but with some differences. Cybertron was reclaimed by the Autobots and Transformers of both factions now have jobs when not fighting fierce battles. During a battle for the Space Bridge, Megatron clashes with the Darkspark against Optimus Prime's Matrix of Leadership, the opposing artifacts destroy the other, using the knowledge and history of both artifacts creating new matrices. And the Forge Matrix, born from the knowledge and memories of Solus Prime ends up in the hands of Chip, a handicapped boy with a genius brain and a love of all things mechanical, he's been enamored by the Transformers since they arrived on Earth. While the 21st century has seen great advances in technology due to the Transformers, there has also been a rise in criminals using robots and incidents involving bio-monsters, as well as other previously unheard-of disasters. So Chip, using the Forge Matrix, sets out to create the Braves, a group of Transformers born on Earth who fight for Earth's safety while the Autobots and Decepticons fight between each other.

Beast Wars: Lost Age by Werecat912

a reimagining/remake of the original Transformers beast wars with a new team of maximals and a new villain faction. After their homeworld was destroyed, the Maximals led by Leo primal crash land on earth where they use animal forms to traverse the environment. They later decided to make this planet their new home, problem is the ones who destroyed their planet, the evil predacons led by predaking with their monster forms followed them. The Maximals aren't going the give up without a fight. (I do not own Transformers or Beast wars, They belong to their rightful owners).

When the Omega Lock is destroyed the resulting explosion of energy sent the Autobot's human friends to a different universe, right in the middle of the Beast Wars!

Optimus Prime's survival is in doubt after Megatron destroys the Autobot Base. The Autobots try to reconnect after being separated to avoid detection. While doing that, they team up with an old ally. Optimus gets a new upgrade after nearly dying. Meanwhile, a Decepticon scientist returns and uses fossilized remains to clone a powerful and fearsome creature in order to kill the Autobots. The Autobots and Decepticons are once again still at war with each other. Can the Autobots win the war against the Decepticons? Is Predaking more than just a mindless savage killing machine?

I could smell the scent of iron and diesel radiating off Optimus, and it was strangely...intoxicating. Sonic x Lilac in Transformers: Rise of the Beasts by Galaxia274

After Sonic was captured and his friends attempted to save him, Dr Eggman sent him to a different universe along with the Chaos Emeralds. The same phenomenon happened with Sonic's girlfriend, Sash Lilac. In this new universe, on Earth, they meet the Autobots: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Arcee, Mirage and Wheeljack, and humans Noah Diaz and Elena Wallace. The Autobots locate a space object called the Transwarp Key to use it to get home, but half of it ends up in the hands of Scourge, a Terrorcon servant to a dark hungry god called Unicron who eats planets. After they lose the key, they meet Airazor, a Maximal from another planet who lost her and her friends' home to Unicron. While searching for the other half of the key, they come face-to-face with the rest of the Maximals who have allied with humans and their leader, Optimus Primal. This journey will forever change Sonic and Lilac's lives. Can the two anthropomorphic friends survive this adventure and make it back home, or will they meet defeat at the hands of Scourge and Unicron? This story is a slight reimagining of Transformers Rise of the Beasts, originally written by Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich Hoeber, Jon Hoeber, Joby Harold. My retelling has new characters: Sonic and Lilac.
