Kristen Wayne has never really had a very exciting life. So when one Summer, one of her closest realitives, her Uncle Eli, is convicted of murdering a young girl 30 years earlier, it comes as a comeplete shock to her. In the midst of finding out that some of her family members are harboring some secrets about the murder, she also finds that this case may not be as simple as it seems. Kristen will have to fight for the truth, and she and her family's lives, before they are ripped apart.
