Unexpected, yet wonderous ~~ DamiJon
The son of Batman and the son of Superman, Damian Wayne and Jonathan Kent, have been working as partners for years now, ever since they were forcibly paired together by their fathers. While forced together, the two proved to be quite the match for each other, quickly becoming friends. It was then that something quite unexpected happened, Jonathan developed a romantic interest in his new bird themed partner. Little did the young Kryptonian know that his friend had developed the same form of care for him... ~~~ Hey guys, StormBoy1 here, I plan for this story to be a little fluff piece with a small bit of angst perhaps, but mostly fluff. Also Damian and Jon will be aged differently, now with only a one year difference between them. As with all my stories, if you have an idea and I particularly like it, I'll adapt and weave it into the story. Feel free to suggest things to me. I personally really like this ship and I am disappointed that they didn't have this dynamic continue and that they screwed with Jon so much. But I still have my own headcannon for all this and I don't read many recent DC comics anymore because of the lack of supersons (I know, petty, but I really freaking liked those two xD) I've always thought that Superboy and Robin were always destined to be friends... "Never ask questions you don't want the answer to" Its been a few years since the Supersons first teamed up, the unlikely partnership turned friendship between the Boy of Steel and the Son of the Bat. At first neither Damian nor Jon could stand the other, it was an uneasy partnership based on nothing more than the will of their fathers and their duty as superheroes. Yet as time went on the pair developed a sense of camaraderie, a mutual respect for one another, then eventually.. a bond, a special bond, one not so easily broken... a bond Jon feels is best-friendship.. but Damian.. well on Damian's end.. it feels like its something.. different.. something he's not quite sure he's ready to admit. More Than Words - A Damijon Story
Both Jon and Damian has had a couple of years to discover their feelings for each other. They both question themselves, if they are deserving of each other. They have to fight, for themselves and the people they care about. Throughout the story, they deal with questioning their own identity, loss and heartbreak. The story consists of 3 Arcs, 'Injustice for all' and 'Prepare for War' are the arcs that's been finished/ongoing so far. If the final Arc is to be revealed, it could risk spoilers for the story itself, so make sure to read in full! :D Disclaimer: I do not own these characters. The only new character that I have made is "Jack" he will be explored within the story and he's of similar age to Damian. They're both of old enough in this story. Damian while angry and aggressive and is portrayed as this big hotshot is actually extremely damaged and picked on, that's why he dropped out of school and opted for Alfred's homeschooling but what happens when Bruce sends him back to 'literal hell on Earth'. Will everyone remember him or will they have forgotten. Jonathan Kent Captain of the football team, dating one of the most popular girls at school. Everything is going his way and life is great but what happens when a familiar yet unfamiliar faces bumps into him at school. To find the answers to the questions posed stay tuned and follow the story. Jon is older then Damian in this by two months, it will deal with depression, suicide, bullying and other adult material so if you don't like any of that I would advise skipping over the story.Completa
