Jenny has been chasing her own adventures since she was breathed back to life for the first time by her regeneration energy. She honestly hasn't put much thought into her father while she travels. Though she is stuck in one section of time and one little corner of space, she loves the thrill of running and never runs out of planets to save and people to help. It isn't until one of her adventures collides with the Doctor's that she is struck with a very unexpected reunion. There is a catch though, her dad...isn't exactly her dad anymore...... The doctor had a little girl but didn't want to risk her life by looking after her in the TARDIS. He went to earth 2004 and placed her carefully in a basket with blankets, two notes and something no one has ever been able to explain. The content of her note is all she knows about her mysterious mother and father. she has always felt different and has always been bounced around the system but she finally feels at home when it all happens. This story is NOT about the episode when the Doctor has a Daughter(Most of these characters I didn't come up with like The Doctor and Rose Tyler and a few more.)

As such, the young girl's mother did the only reasonable, logical, thing...they took Emily with them and also called the police to let them know that she had found a little girl who appeared to be lost. Six years later, Emily's life appeared to be coming together quite nicely...until she met a mysterious stranger who quickly shook her world to its foundations. Instead of the stories she very much liked to read, she was now living a wonderful, mysterious, exciting adventure of her own. It appeared to be everything she had ever wanted...if not completely safe. This is a Doctor Who fanfic, mainly centered around the Ninth Doctor.

It would take time and effort, but the Doctor was convinced that with love and hard work, he could help Persephone save herself. This is a 'slowmance.' I want to show that you don't have to have love at first sight to be an interesting fanfiction.
