Everyone is gone. Well, almost everyone. If you had enough money to get off this planet, then you did so. Earth was a waste land and the moment everyone realized they could leave, they did. Except for those who couldn't. Criminals being sent to death were left, the poor were left, and if nobody cared about you, you were left. That wasn't the case for Cordelia. After her father discovered that life could move to Ganymede, she stayed on earth with her uncle. Her mother and father said they would come back for her, but it's been 10 years and she still hasn't seen them. While earth was still barely habitable, gangs and overlords formed. If you weren't part of a gang or grouping, you were a loner. The most dangerous thing on earth was a to be a loner. If you didn't belong to something, you'd be lost in oblivion.

12 parts Complete

A star. It hadn't been a war, a government takeover, or even an earthly disaster. It was a star that had ended the world, with Crystal right at the heart of it, and all that stood between her and instant death was a desk. Her chances at survival were slim, but she did it. Despite her luck, the world did not receive the same fate. With a man she's only just met, Crystal must continue to survive. Determined to reinstate her old way of life, Crystal must come to terms with more than just physical loss, but the chance of losing herself in the process.
