tyler is an aspiring artist with a passion that was never accepted by his father. and his roommate, joshua, is an aspiring filmmaker who only expresses his marvelling ideas when high. both of them share the rent of their shabby, scruffy apartment located in brooklyn where they live off on chinese takeaways and hopeless fantasies. however, their shying love is soon to be doomed by the viciousness of society's hierarchical perception of relevancy; tyler, in this case, is blinded by such naïvety. he soon becomes a rising director and moves out to pursue a much more lavish, luxurious lifestyle only to forget what he was blessed with in very the beginning. the one thing that supported him no matter what: joshua himself.
